Terms of sale

Segment31 is a small independent cycling apparel project based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at any time at rogerdbilling@gmail.com.

Each drop is produced in a fixed, numbered run of 7, 13, 21 or 31 pieces. Once the run sells out, that design is retired permanently and will not be reprinted. Stock is held for you for 30 minutes while you complete checkout; if payment is not completed within that window, the piece is released back on sale.

In the rare event that a payment succeeds after the last piece has gone, we will contact you and refund you in full within 5 working days.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK postage. Payment is taken by card at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Shirts are printed to order, so please allow 5-10 working days from your order confirmation. We will email you if there is any delay.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet been sent to production.

You have the right to cancel and return your order — see our returns policy for the full details and how to start a return.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
