Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email rogerdbilling@gmail.com with your order number to start a cancellation, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition with any tags attached. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery you originally paid, back to your original payment method, within 14 days. Card refunds usually appear within 5 working days after that.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Because each drop is a strictly limited run, we can only exchange for a different size if that size is still available in the same edition. If it is not, we will refund you instead. Check the size guide before ordering if you are between sizes.

Email rogerdbilling@gmail.com with your order number (it starts S31-), what you would like to happen, and a photo if the item is faulty. We reply within 2 working days with a return address and instructions.
