Privacy policy

When you order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the details of your order. Your card details are entered directly into our payment provider, Stripe, and are never seen or stored by us — we only receive a payment reference confirming the payment succeeded.

To take payment, produce and deliver your order, handle returns, and keep accurate business records. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep transaction records.

Only the suppliers needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment processing, our print and fulfilment partner for producing and shipping your shirt, and our hosting and email providers. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email rogerdbilling@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider sets cookies that are strictly necessary to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
